VAT and Customs
- EU Orders: Subject to 21% VAT, included in the price.
- Non-EU Orders: VAT and other European policies do not apply. Orders may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are the receiver's responsibility. Due to Brexit, UK orders over €150 are subject to import duties, which must be paid by the customer.
- For US or Canada orders: If the recipient refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier. No refund will be issued.
