HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
You can change your delivery address in your personal account. Log into your account here and click on 'my addresses' to easily change your delivery address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order leaves our warehouse we share a Track and Trace code with you by e-mail that allows you to track your delivery status online.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
In case you would like to cancel or change your order, please reach out to our customer service by phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel or change the order. Please note, we can only change or cancel your order if it has not been paid and processed yet. In case cancelation or change is not possible anymore, you can return your items within 14 days
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We do not have a minimum order amount on our ZENGGI online shop. You can easily shop the items you like.
DO YOU OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT?
