- Once your registration is complete, you will be automatically logged in and can start shopping.
To place an order, you do not need to have a registered ZENGGI account. We recommend that you place an order with a personal account. Finding your order details and placing a new order becomes easier because you don't have to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will share a Track and Trace code with you by email with which you can track your delivery status online.

Please note, we can only change or cancel your order if it has not yet been paid and processed. If cancellation or change is no longer possible, you can return your items within 14 days.

We do not have a minimum order amount in our ZENGGI online shop. You can easily shop for the items you like.

Returns
Please follow the conditions below, otherwise we cannot accept your return:
- Returns can be made 30 days after delivery
- The returned items must reach our warehouse in their original condition. This means unused, unworn and undamaged in their original packaging materials with all ZENGGI hang tags and labels still attached.
- If information is missing, this may delay the processing of the return.
- ZENGGI is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of returned items. We advise you to request proof of delivery.
- The return conditions also apply to sale items.
Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Read below how you can return your order.
Complete the returns form included with your order:
1. Check the box for the item you want to return.
2. Select the reason for the return.
3. Place the items you wish to return and return the form in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
4. Place the return address label on the package.
5. Make sure the package is properly sealed.
6. Take the item to a return point of your choice.
7. Your return and refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
BENELUX & Germany: FREE
Outside the BENELUX: costs are borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size, color or item via the webshop. Return the item you want to exchange and place a new order for the item you want to receive.
Please note, items damaged due to wear and tear cannot be returned. Please contact our customer service team if you receive an item that is not in good condition or if the item has a manufacturer's defect. ZENGGI will replace or attempt to repair the item. If this is not an option, you will be refunded the full amount.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return. We will process your return as quickly as possible. You will receive the refund within 10-14 business days after we receive your returned items. It may take a few more days for your bank to process the refund transaction. The amount will always be refunded according to the original payment method.
Payments
In case your payment was successful, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will now start processing your order. When your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In case your payment was unsuccessful, you will receive an e-mail from us stating that your payment has been unsuccessful. Try to fulfill the payment in your account again. Once the payment of your order has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Please also check your spam folder for any e-mails.
Shipment to countries within the European Union: all prices on our website include 21% VAT. This is already included in the price. In case of shipment outside the European Union: 21% VAT is not included but all customs duties and/or local taxes apply. The customer is responsible for all costs related to customs duties and/or local taxes that apply.
When you finished shopping and proceed to the check out of your order, you can enter a gift voucher or discount code before proceeding to the payment of your order. Enter the code and your voucher or code will automatically be applied.

Is your Klarna payment unsuccessful? In this case, go through the following checklist:
- Are you ordering from ZENGGI & TRVL DRSS for the first time? Maybe you are ordering for an excessive amount. Try it out for less than € 200 first. We have to get to know you as a customer.
- With certain email addresses, you cannot order via Klarna, such as @mail.com and @gmx.com. We recommend that you use a different email address for your order, like Gmail or Outlook.
- Are you using a different delivery address? Not all delivery addresses are accepted. Try a different delivery address or use your own address.
- Did you enter your phone number correctly? A valid 10-digit phone number is required to use Klarna.
- Make sure your date of birth has been entered correctly. We need this to approve your payment with Klarna.
