Customers must cover the costs of the return shipment, as ZENGGI does not pay for the return shipments. We recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order.

-+ What is the ZENGGI return policy?

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why you can return items within 14 days of receiving them. After the item reaches our warehouse in original condition*, the invoiced amount will be refunded to your creditcard-, bank-, or PayPal account. 

 

Be aware that the costs for return shipment are not covered by ZENGGI and the responsibility for the item(s) is with the buyer until we receive the package. This means ZENGGI cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing items. That is why we advice you to use a traceable method of shipping or take out an insurance. 

 

*To be eligible for a refund the returned articles must be in the original condition; unused, unworn and undamaged original packing materials. Unused means that there are no (make-up) marks on the item or any wear on the tags, no perfume scent or smell of smoke and price tags are still attached to the item. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing and returned along with the original shoebox. Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Due to hygiene reasons earrings, socks, tights and shape wear cannot be returned. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear cannot be returned. All goods will be inspected on return.

-+ How do I return or exchange an item?

Whether you want to return or exchange an item, the steps to take are the same. After returning an item you can easily place a new order for a different size or color. First, request a return number within 14 days of receiving the order. This number allows us to already register the return in our system, which means we can proceed to refunding quicker. 

 

  1. Visit your personal account and select add return.
  2. Select the order (order number).
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to return and click on add.
  4. A new window will open. Download the return form (PDF) here, print and add to package.
  5. If you cannot print the form, copy all details (return number!) on a piece of paper and add to package.
  6. Within 7 days of receiving your return number, send us your item(s) in the original packaging using the following address:

-+ Is it possible to return a damaged item?

If an item is not received in good condition or if there is a manufacturers defect within six months, ZENGGI will replace or repair the item. If this is not an option, the complete amount will be refunded to you. 

 

* Articles damaged by wear cannot be returned. 

-+ I want to return (a part of) my order, when will the invoiced amount be refunded?

We’re so sorry to hear your purchase didn’t live up to expectations. After processing your return order we will refund within approximately 5 working days. 

 

iDeal, creditcard or PayPal

We will refund your payment via iDeal, creditcard or PayPal within 5 working days. 

 

AfterPay

In case you chose to pay after receipt of your purchase and you have already paid in full, AfterPay will refund the payment to your bank account within 10 working days. For more information please visit the AfterPay website. 

-+ How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as we have received your return, we will confirm via email. Check your spam box as well, we sometimes end up there by accident. Refunds are completed within 5-10 working days, depending on your chosen method of payment. In case of any questions we will contact you, or of course, you can also contact us for more information.
