-+ How do I create a personal ZENGGI account?

Click here to register. Fill in your personal details, address and login credentials and your account is ready to go. We take good care of your personal data according to the regulations regarding data protection. If you are interested in finding out more, go to this page. 

-+ Can I place an order without an account?

It’s not possible to order ZENGGI items online without a personal account. Simply put, having an account makes life easier for the both of us. 

  1. We have easy access to your details, for instance when you call us with a question.
  2. We offer 24x7 insight in, for instance, your last order or order status.
  3. You can log in at any time of the day to quickly change your personal details. 
  4. Placing another order is easier, because your information is automatically safely stored.

-+ How do I change my details or delete my account?

Log into your account (click here) and click on Edit account or Manage address book. You can change your personal details any time you please. If you want to delete your account completely, please contact us via phone or email. 

-+ How do I change or request my password?

Log into your account (click here) and click on Change password. Fill in your current password first followed by your new password. Don’t forget to save the changes made! In case you can’t remember your password, click on Lost password. Within seconds, we will send you an email containing a new password.

-+ How can I view my orders?

Log into your account (Click here) and click on Order history. This will show you a complete and up-to-date overview of your orders placed.
